RESEARCH AND POLICY DESIGN : DESIGN OF A TRAINNING PROGRAM AT THE NATIONAL LEVEL FOR BUILDING MANAGEMENT CAPACITY ON HOUSING AND URBAN INFRASTRUCTURE IMPLEMENTATION THROUGH NGO’S: Housing Assessment Centers, CAVIP

This program has been developed for  national NGO’s specialized   in   Housing  and urban development programs. The contract is funded by GTZ to develop a trainning support program, for  institutional strenghtening of 35 Cavip’s Branches at the national level in Ecuador. This study is part of the  GTZ’s strategic support program, for  NGO institutions which works with low income communities.

The study results, define a credit program for trainning environmentalist, architects, sociologists, planners, etc… as facilitators to design and implement, the housing upgrading programs in poor neighborhoods
