RESEARCH AND POLICY FORMULATION: DESIGN OF A DATABASE ON NATIONWIDE URBAN POVERTY, QUALITY OF LIFE, AND MUNICIPAL FINANCES IN ECUADOR

The national level information gathered for this project can be broken down in order to obtain municipal data.  The following variables were included in the database:  quality of life availability of (potable water, sewage systems, electricity, etc.),   levels of municipal financial efficiency, national subsidies and transfers, and demography.
