POLITIC DESIGNS: INSTITUTIONAL REFORM STUDIES AND STATE MODERNIZATION IN ECUADOR, REORGANIZATION OF THE MINISTERIO DE OBRAS PUBLICAS

This study is being developed throughout a contract with one of our main consultants  (Andres Jarrin) and consists in developing a new functional frame and  institutional reformation of  MOP (Ecuador). The  study  is funded by MOSTA  program,  which has the World  Bank’s financing  support  within the Modernization Credit Program.
