TERMS OF REFERENCE, PROPOSE DIAGNOSIS AND IMPLEMENTATION OF CADASTRAL A GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR FINN AND TERRITORIAL PLANNING AT CANTONAL LEVEL AND A PAROCHIAL PROGRAM OF SUPPORT AND TOGETHER PROMOTION TO THE MUNICIPAL MANAGEMENT

Project ARD/3D through meetings of citizen participation, in the main social sector  of Pedro Moncayo´s municipality, defined the project of Structuring  of  a  GIS for Cadaster Aims, and Territorial Planning at a Cantonal Level and Parochial Program. It is meant to    Support and Promote  Municipal Management and similiar emergents; this one talks about the   consolidation   and   generation  of  information,   automated  at  cantonal level such as: mechanism to be transparent and to spread to the population, the works and action that  are realised  with  the efficient  use  and  rational  of the resources that guarantee the financial sustainability, administrative and technical, in the future.
