RESEARCH AND POLICY DESIGN: GUATEMALA, DESIGN OF A PRIVATE INFRASTRUCTURE AND MICROENTERPRISE LOAN PROGRAM FUNDED BY NGO’S :GENESIS EMPRESARIAL.

This study has been developed with the IPC Consulting firm (Frankfurt, Germany) funded by World Bank, and a NGO group ( Genesis Empresarial ). The assigment  was to develop a support program for  private community loans, for microenterprises, and    basic   services   in Guatemala.

This study, is part of  a strategic support  program for NGO  institutions, which make   loans  to the communities. The study results, define a credit program of 10 million dollars  as a  initial capital  from the World BANK, to several NGO’s institutions.
