EXPLORING URBAN GROWTH MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES IN THREE FAST GROWING DEVELOPING CITIES
Contract for PADECO Ltd. Tokio Japan, The “Urban Management growth Initiative”, This is a research project of the Urban Development Anchor of the World Bank, that focuses on making minimal preparations for urban population growth in developing country´s cities in coming decades. The project consists in researching the causes and consequences of urban expansion, and is focused on a global sample of 120 cities. The project is supported by the funding from the Bank’s Research Committee and the US National Science Foundation (NSF).
