RESEARCH AND POLICY FORMULATION: DECENTRALIZATION, DEMOCRACY ANS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM -ECUADOR (ARD-3D Program)

Comprehensive study developed in conjuction with ARD (Assoc. for Rural Development) as the leader firm, in order to develop a municipal strengthening policy for 15 Municipalities in Ecuador.This  is   an   IQC   (Indefinite   Quantity Contract)   in which URBANA has provided technical assistance for the city of Otavalo (Water and Sewage Services Company Formation) and   Pedro Moncayo (Geographic Cadaster Information System and Intranet Information Development).
